Projects Completed

As missionaries inspired by God's love to serve humanity and spread the message of Christ, we have traveled to many wonderful places and supported numerous brothers and sisters in Christ. Here are some of the projects we have completed.

The image shows one of the many clean-water wells built through LiftLife Global Health to serve rural communities in Africa. In the photo, children and families gather around the hand pump, filling bright yellow containers as fresh, clear water flows out. Smiles, laughter, and a sense of relief fill the scene—this well offering what was once scarce: safe drinking water. The red earth, simple clothing, and wide African sky highlight the rural setting, while the well itself stands as a symbol of hope, dignity, and life. This single well represents countless hours saved from walking long distances, fewer water-borne illnesses, and the daily impact of restoring a basic human necessity: clean water for all.

The photo shows the small chapel built for the Sisters of Mwanbani in rural Tanzania—a humble yet beautiful space where the sisters gather daily for prayer and community. The chapel features simple, clean architecture with soft natural light filling the room, highlighting the wooden altar, crucifix, and neatly arranged pews. Outside, the surrounding greenery and red earth remind viewers of the remote mission setting. The chapel reflects the deep faith of the sisters and stands as a quiet sanctuary of hope, gratitude, and spiritual strength—made possible through the generous support of LiftLife Global Health and its mission to serve those who serve the poorest.

You can be part of something larger too. The Monstrance Caritas Veritate Mission generously donated to the parish of St. Thomas the Apostle located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This contribution aims to support various community initiatives, including educational programs, healthcare services, and local development projects, reinforcing the mission’s commitment to uplifting the lives of the parishioners and the surrounding community. www.caritasvm.org

The image shows the newly completed chapel in Ifakara, Tanzania—simple, peaceful, and beautifully built with the support of Caritas Veritate Misisons. Sunlight rests on the clean white walls and polished floor, while a wooden altar and cross stand at the center, creating a serene space for prayer. Local community members can be seen gathered outside, a sign of how this chapel has already become a place of hope, worship, and spiritual strength for families in the region. The photo reflects the deep faith and gratitude of the community, and the meaningful impact of providing a sacred space where people can come together in prayer and encounter God.

In the image, members of Caritas Veritate Missions stand alongside students and teachers at a vocational school in Dar es Salaam, serving former street children. The group is gathered around newly donated welding machines and blood pressure kits—equipment that will help these young people gain practical skills while also supporting basic health education and monitoring. The setting is bright and hopeful, with students smiling proudly as they receive tools that will open doors to future employment and healthier lives. The moment captures the spirit of empowerment, dignity, and opportunity that LiftLife Global Health aims to bring to vulnerable youth across Tanzania.

Maternity Waiting Homes in Central America support the church's mission to evangelize the remote Cabécar indigenous tribe. Casa San Francisco, a 20-bed Maternity Waiting Home, was established to provide essential assistance to at-risk women in childbirth. These women often live far from medical care and may face serious health issues without intervention.

This ministry was initiated in 2013 and has achieved significant success, resulting in over a 50% reduction in maternal and infant death rates. The goal now is to replicate this success in Mwanbani, Tanzania, by establishing another Maternity Waiting Home. Water Well Projects

Water is scarce in Tanzania. While Zanzibar is surrounded by water, the island lacks access to life-sustaining fresh water. Our water well program has provided water to over 10,000 people in Tanzania.. Click Here……

We Build Chapels.

We believe that the greatest good for every human being is to experience the love and mercy of God and become part of the sacramental life of the Church. A vibrant, active community stems from a vibrant, active Church. In many impoverished regions of the world, the Church is as materially poor as its people. We have built more than 10 chapels in Costa Rica and Africa. Click here

Food Programs

Our food programs involve purchasing large sacks of maize, a type of corn meal, to support the impoverished regions of Tanzania. For example, the St. Thomas Mtube region benefited from our donation around Christmas time.
